On September 12-13, the Asia Policy Program hosted its second China & National Security Workshop for
early-career national security and foreign policy professionals in Washington, D.C. at the University of Texas System’s Archer Center. The program began with an evening dinner and guest speaker. Friday featured a number of sessions oriented around some of the most pressing policy challenges facing analysts and policymakers, taught by current and former senior U.S. government officials and top experts in each domain. We hosted 7 speakers and 25 attendees, ranging from think tank research assistants to Capitol Hill staffers. See photos from the workshop here.
We’re grateful to the Carnegie Corporation of New York for their generous sponsorship.
