Gen. Brooks Participates in CSIS ROK-U.S. Strategic Forum 2023

Clements Center Distinguished National Security Fellow Gen. Vince Brooks participated as a panelist in the Center for Strategic and International Studies’ (CSIS) panel discussion about the Republic of Korea-U.S. Alliance. The ROK-U.S. Strategic Forum bring together officials, policymakers, and experts to discuss issues important to the U.S.-ROK alliance.
